Hi, I'm Marcy

Marcy is a change maker. She believes that we all have the power to change our moods, our situations, our businesses, and ourselves if we want to and are motivated to do something to make it happen. She is inspired by people who are motivated to change, even if they are unsure how to do it or nervous about trying.

She is a passionate supporter of her coaching clients who describe her as honest, sincere and collaborative. She listens fully and doesn’t judge; yet is someone who is willing to be direct and honest and ask the tough questions others are often afraid to. Marcy is committed to helping people improve their lives in ways that make sense for them and she is the person who is always there cheering them on. She believes in her clients, even when they might not believe in themselves.

Marcy is the owner and founder of BINAH Consulting, Inc. She is the principle consultant and coach and her passion is helping companies leverage their talent and processes to improve workflows within their organizations to reduce chaos and improve results. Marcy graduated form the Refuah Institute of Coaching with honors and is a member of the American Association of Professional Coaches. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and is an active member of the Project Management Institute. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science.
