1. The course consists of 4 in person classes, held every week (Sunday Afternoons from 1-4pm, Central Time). You must be able to attend all 4 to get the maximum benefit as the skills you will learn build cumulatively.
During the class you will learn skills and techniques, practice them, and receive feedback. You will work on writing and delivering speeches, practice impromptu speaking, and focus on critical skills such as vocal variety, tone, pace, eye contact, working a room, reduction of filler words, and the all important skills of breathing and pausing while communicating.
